1. Can I return or exchange an item?

2. How do returns work?

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are issued in the same currency as your purchase.

4. Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes. Orders that have not yet entered production can be canceled in full.
If your order has already entered production but has not been shipped, the shipping fee can be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

5. What if my order is delayed?

We aim to process small-volume orders within 3–7 business days. If you have not received any shipping information by the 8th working day, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 10%) as compensation.
This does not apply if the delay is due to incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address, phone number, etc.).

6. How long do I have to submit a claim?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping. All costs are included in the displayed price, so you’ll never have to pay any extra or hidden fees at checkout.
