Refund Policy

At Xconception, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under certain conditions.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. We do not accept returns of worn, stained, or altered items, intimate items such as underwear, socks, masks, swimsuits, or pajamas, sample or promotional items, and any returns sent back without prior confirmation.

To request a return, please contact us at support@xconception.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Make sure to include your order number, photos of the product if damaged or defective, and a short description of the issue. Please note that returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not provide freight-to-collect service. Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in the same currency used for purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention it in your request email. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Orders that have not entered production or shipping can be canceled for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
