All orders require a production time of 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local holidays, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. If your order has not moved after 8 business days, contact us and we'll help.

Yes — you are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and a valid phone number. Orders delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect information are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.

If the carrier marks your order as delivered, Xconception cannot offer a refund or replacement. You must contact the carrier directly using your tracking information to investigate the delivery location.

Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. Contact us directly and we will handle it.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed customs clearance, or refused delivery, it can be reshipped at your expense. New shipping fees will apply.
