By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Read them — they protect both you and us.

1. WHO WE ARE

This site (xconception.com) is operated by Xconception, an independent streetwear brand based in Switzerland.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this site, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you don't agree, don't use the site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

3. WHO CAN BUY

Our store is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reasonable doubt about the buyer's age or identity.

4. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

If your country isn't listed, contact us at info@xconception.com — we may be able to accommodate special requests.

5. PRODUCTS

All products on this site are designed by Xconception and produced on demand by our manufacturing partner.

Color and texture We do our best to display product images accurately, but slight color or texture variations may occur due to screen calibration, lighting, or batch differences in fabric and dye. This is normal in apparel manufacturing and not considered a defect.

Limited drops Most items are produced in limited quantities. Once a drop is sold out, it may not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

Sizing Sizing charts are provided for each product. Please refer to them before ordering — sizing is your responsibility.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the site (USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, etc., depending on your country).

Prices include VAT where applicable. Customs duties and import taxes may apply on international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Other methods as displayed at checkout

Payment is processed securely by certified providers. We never see or store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing error.

7. ORDERS AND PRODUCTION

When you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — not that the contract is final yet.

The contract becomes binding once your order enters production (typically within 24 hours).

Production time: 2 to 4 business days Shipping time: 10 to 15 business days, depending on destination Total estimated delivery: 12 to 19 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, holidays, carrier issues, or other events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

You can cancel or modify your order only before it enters production. After that, the order is locked and cannot be changed.

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at info@xconception.com with your order number.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the conditions described in our Return Policy.

If you are based in the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. This right does not affect our 7-day window for non-EU customers.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, illustrations, photos, logos, text, and other content on this site are the exclusive property of Xconception. They are protected by Swiss and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The Xconception name, logo, "X" mark, "NO FACE NO LIMITS" tagline, and all related branding are trademarks of Xconception.

11. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and not sharing them with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@xconception.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms or that we have reason to suspect is fraudulent.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do our best to keep this site running smoothly, products in stock, and information accurate. However:

  • We are not liable for temporary interruptions, bugs, or technical issues on the site.
  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties.
  • We are not liable for misuse of products (e.g. wearing damaged items, modifying them, etc.).

In any case, our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs holds, or government actions.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute arising from your use of this site or any order placed through it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you retain the right to bring legal action in your country of residence under EU consumer protection law.
