Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back — unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.
Contact us at hello@xconception.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The following items are not eligible for return: worn, stained, or altered items — sample items — orders sent back without prior confirmation.
Refunds & Claims
Once your return is approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method in the same currency as your purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will handle it quickly.
Yes — if your order has not yet entered production, it can be canceled in full. If production has started but the order hasn't shipped, the shipping fee can be refunded. Contact us as soon as possible.
